5 MAKEUP AND TOOLS THAT EVERY GIRL NEEDS FOR AN EVERYDAY LOOK

That's everything that you need on your makeup bag because their lightweight, space-saving and helpful for retouches. Everything that I have in the picture are just what I have but you can always buy affordable alternative to those especially the ones that you can buy at the drugstores. In my computation, to buy these 5 items can cost you PHP 500-700 (10-15 dollars) depending on the products that you're buying, and that's good for makeup newbies. 

Below are my recommendations and reviews to these products:

Eyebrow Mascara

I included this because eyebrows are life. This is perfect to people who doesn't have time doing their eyebrows, and applying this is easier and will make their brows look better but this one is not tinted. 

Recommendations:

If you want a tinted eyebrow mascara there are local and high end brands out there who has it like Nichido, Essence, and Maybelline. For the high end, I totally recommend Benefit's Gimme Brow+. 

Eyelash Curler

I am one of those who struggle with thin and short eyelashes, so I figured that having this all the time is good because it makes my eyes look alive. Avoid having tired eyes and open it up with these.

Recommendations:

My eyelash curler is from mine by Watsons. (I don't know if they still have this eyelash curler from Mine) I recommend these very affordable eyelash curlers that you can buy at Watsons: Nichido, Ever Bilena, Watson's Eyelash Curler. For the high end, I've been always wanting to have the Shu Uemura's eyelash curler because it is heavy duty and can really curl lashes!

Concealer

To look fresh and alive for the day, make sure to cover those bags under your eyes with concealer! Wear a thin layer to it and your good to go. 

Recommendations:

The one from Ever Bilena, the stick one, it is a very nice concealer that is affordable and has coverage. Nichido, BYS, Maybelline has good concealers too. For the high end, I've been hearing a lot from beauty enthusiasts about the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer but I don't think that it is perfect for retouching, might as well buy the ones in pot containers. 

Nude lipstick

This is to add color to the lips to finish the look, you can also use this to your cheeks as a blush but be careful not to be too generous in applying. Why nude? Because it is for an everyday look without looking too glamed.

Recommendations:

I am not really into lipsticks but there is only one brand that I recommend and that is Maybelline. This brand is very affordable (plus they always put their makeup on sale), it's wearable and you'll really feel the worth of what you paid for. 

Highlighter*

I putted an * to this because the fifth products is your choice! Whatever you feel like bringing, your powder, eyebrow pomade, facial mist, etc. You can fit one of those together with the products mentioned above. For me, I chose highlighters because I like to highlight the high areas of my face and you can never go wrong with a glowing face, and it also makes you look sunkissed (if you like it).

Recommendations:

For powder highlighters, I like Ever Bilena's new highlighter, that is, of course, very affordable! For the high end, you can never go wrong with Benefit highlighters, liquid or powdered.
