That's everything that you need on your makeup bag because their lightweight, space-saving and helpful for retouches. Everything that I have in the picture are just what I have but you can always buy affordable alternative to those especially the ones that you can buy at the drugstores. In my computation, to buy these 5 items can cost you PHP 500-700 (10-15 dollars) depending on the products that you're buying, and that's good for makeup newbies.  Below are my recommendations and reviews to these products: Eyebrow Mascara I included this because eyebrows are life. This is perfect to people who doesn't have time doing their eyebrows, and applying this is easier and will make their brows look better but this one is not tinted.  Recommendations : If you want a tinted eyebrow mascara there are local and high end brands out there who has it like Nichido, Essence, and Maybelline. For the high end, I totally recommend Benefit's Gimme Brow+.  E...

As a makeup and skincare junkee, I always want to have something new to try. When I attended TBJ 9th Mega Anniversary last Saturday, May 19, 2018, I got this loot of V&M Naturals skincare in my beauty bag. (Thanks, TBJ!) Before that event I was thinking of buying skincare from them especially their facial oils because I've heard many good things about it from Filipino Beauty Gurus. Here is the V&M Naturals skincare that was included in my beauty bag: It includes 2 Body Sorbets, 1 Lip Polish, 1 Perfume, 1 Facial Oil, and 1 Lip Balm. When I saw these skincare items inside my beauty bag I nearly jumped in happiness because these are really the skincare that I am looking forward to try. BENEFIT POREFESSIONAL PEARL PRIMER: #MIKATRIESNEW

Image
This makeup product is a new release from my ever favorite brand Benefit! It is part of their porefessional family that I love very much. It is a pearl primer that aims to give a touch of radiance which is super perfect for our season! Benefit Cosmetics is known for mixing their cosmetics so that the application will be better. I knew this from their National Brow Artist, Celina, and the term they use is Mixology. So, I tried it myself and mixed the pearl primer with my foundation and applied it on my face. The results were good because it added highlight to my face. What I love about this primer: • It helps my makeup to stay longer in my skin. • It gives radiance that I want to have even without applying to much highlighter. I only got a sample size of it because I wanted to try it first before buying the bigger one. And I can say that I really love this product!! Price: ₱1900 for the full size and ₱800 for the mini size at Beautymnl. Staying power: 4.5/5 Packag...

Highlighters and Glitters that make us SHINE

Image
I have a lot of makeups that are metallic and glittery, no I just don't have them, I use and love all of it. For months of collecting makeups, I noticed that I collected so much than I expected for me to have. I have makeup items that are in the same shades, some that I don't really need, and some that are just in the collection for me to try. So I checked everything, and yeah, why do I have so much highlighters? I sorted everything, swatched and checked the pigmentation. All in all, once again, impressed with these. The photo above shows the highlighters, glitters, and gloss that I have. But I didn't include my lipsnaps from Colourette because they're metallic balms so obviously it can't be seen when I swatch it. FROM ABOVE TO BOTTOM: Benefit Shy Beam, BYS Strobing Stick, Benefit Sun Beam, the highlighter from the Lorac Pink Champagne Palette, Benefit High Beam, highlighter from Detail MakeBrow Palette, Christian Dior Rouge Dior Lip Gloss, and the gold...

Lorac Pink Champagne (Swatches, Review, Details)

Image
I became busy with a lot of stuff since it's back to school and I also do Youtube that's why I haven't uploaded for a couple of days. But now, I think I'm getting close to being active again since I'm close to 1k lifetime views, awesome right? I putted so much hardwork and effort to this blog and I don't want to just leave it behind just because I need to film and edit for YouTube. Anyway, enough with that, I know you've been wanting to see the swatches and details about my favorite palette. Okay, so the photo above is the box of the palette. I love it, it makes me feel excited to use the palette. However, I wouldn't need that and I just kept that for the review. That's the front part of the packaging. It says that the palette has 4 eyeshadows, a highlighter, a blush and a contour. By means, the palette is a 4 in 1 palette. Also, by reading this, I can definitely say that this is a good palette for travelling, right? It's also a save of...
